pork?

I've got pork and want something yummy to make - somewhat easy with little other ingredients. I don't have a grill and that is the only way I've ever cooked it before. Any help would be grateful! Thanks smile.gif

What kind of pork ? I have a great recipe for mushroom and blue cheese stuffed pork chops...

    for 2-3 chops

    saute in 2tbs of butter
    1/2-1 cup of diced mushrooms
3 or so green onions diced

when the mushrooms have cooked take it off the heat and add approx 4oz of crumbled blue cheese to the mixture

stuff the chops with the mixture (works the best on thicker slices) and keep the opening closed with a couple toothpicks

bake at 375 for an hour to an hour and a half depending on the number and thickness of the porkchops

as a side note...you can get a nice glazing on the surface of your chops if you brush them with a little orange juice before you stick them in the oven

I have thinner pork chops...like maybe 1/2 an inch to an inch. Don't you normally want 1.5 to 2 inch chops of stuffing?

yes...I've done it with smaller chops too but the thicker chops work the best.

I've got a delicious yummy pork chop recipe that only takes a few ingredients.
    Coca-cola Porkchops:
Place 8 porkchops in a baking pan. Season with salt and pepper. Mix 1 cup ketchup and 1 cup coca-cola. (diet coke won't work) pour mixture over porkchops. bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour.
**This might sound a little strange but actually it forms a really good BBQ sauce.**
    ENJOY!
