Italian Wedding soup

Just filled up on fabulous homemade Italian wedding soup. So fast, easy and wonderful. I modified a recipe from all recipes; here's what it ended up being.
2 x 900 ml Campbell's chicken broth.
Put it in a big stock pot and bring it to a boil while you get the rest of it ready.
Combine:
1 lb lean ground beef
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp basil
3 tbsp minced onion
Shape into small meatballs. Brown in small batches, adding browned meatballs to the boiling chicken broth.
Pack and measure 2 c spinach, rinse and chop finely. Add to pot.
Add 1 c. orzo
Bring to a boil, reduce to medium and boil gently for about 10 minutes, until pasta is cooked.

Keep an open mind and an open heart. Don't take life too seriously - it doesn't last forever, you know. And may I remind you for the last time, keep your crayons sharp, keep your sticky tape untangled and always put the top back on your markers.
