Icequeen Method

I love the Super Soaker Method, but what on earth is the Icequeen Method? I was interested in reading about it. I searched it, but the thread doesn't really list in detail what it is.

Can anyone explain? Is it like the SSM?

In the shower, do your CO wash as normal. Flip hair up-side down and scrunch in Rinse out until hair is mushy like seaweed. Rinse out with Cool Water and get out shower. Apply Product Upside down
