I would say yes - the second ingredient isn't good for hair. Sorry if you really wanted to use it.

I used to use Sun In before going CG. But yes, it's very drying and damaging.

Something I've been reading up on is honey. Apparently it can help to lighten hair (I've yet to try it) gradually.

There's a big post about it on the 3b board: http://www.naturallycurly.com/curltalk/showthread.php?t=3066
    CG since 02/10
Fine, thick, 3a/2c mix, medium porosity
    Co-wash: Suave Naturals Coconut
    Condish/LI: Suave Naturals Coconut, GFTN
    Stylers: HESMU, LOOB, BRHG, FSG

    Like: protein, protein, protein!!
    Dislike: mineral oil, eco-styler,

i've heard that you can put lemon juice on your hair and go out into the sun. then it will lighten a bit
Multi-textured head! 3a w/ some 3c, medium to high porosity, medium to coarse texture, dry!

My current favorites: Suave naturals shampoo, Suave coconut, Organix argan and moroccan oil conditioner, GFTN, LALMG, FSG <3!!

Not a huge fan of CG :/

I used it once years ago and it was the "damage" that bothered me as much as the brassiness it caused - the most horrible, unnatural orangey yellow...and I have medium blond hair to begin with it would be worse on darker hair.
    2b (a fine 'n porous wavy)...and finally growing out :-)

    Wash: Deva Low-poo
Condish and leave in: OneC or Suave Coconut

Styler: Angell or the Deva foam, sometimes KKKC

Etc: Set It Free as a refresher

    Protien: Looking for one

    I love hairspray...don't judge

Omg yikes, don't use this stuff! I used to use it waaaay back in the day, and it's like spraying acid on your hair. Made my hair SO dry and damaged. It's basically a leave-in bleach.
