How to get to no shampoo at all?

I started my CG routine in November last year. I generally have to use a small amount of shampoo in my hair still, as well as two conditioners (one as co-wash, one as main condish). The reason I have to use the shampoo still is because my hair seems to get greasy so quickly if I don't. I've heard there's something called a clarifier that can help me finish with shampoo altogether? How can I make clarifiers at home? Also, how do I know if my hair needs protein or not to abolish the frizz I still get?

Thanks guys!

Have you looked into cleansing conditioners. I haven't tried one yet, but they seem like a good idea.
the first two products in this blog post are cleansing conditioners

They are less cleansing then a low poo, but more then a cowash. (a blog to help new wavies, go to the how do I get started page)
2a ( 2bFi (Fia), very fine, thin, low/normal elasticity, porous, CG, doesn't get weighed down
    Cowash: Tresemme naturals
Rinse out/leave in: Renpure Organics (red)
    Curl enhancer: FSG
Gel: BRHG, Salon care aloe, Ecostyler Krystal (normal dews)
PT: ION effective care, IAgirl's gelatin PT
Low Poo: renpure (red), Ion swimmers
