Hey guys. I wonder if I could get some quick advice from CGs more experienced than I. I'm planning to start going CG as soon as possible! So I raided my bathroom/local town & got some (hopefully!) useful products. Are there any silicones/other bad ingredients hidden in any of these? For the most part, you are just fine. I highlighted some things that have the potential to cause problems. Polyquats have to potential to build up. Some people have no problems with them. In general, the higher the number, the harder to remove. Polyquats are a judgement call.

    Proteins:
    Panthenol, Hydrolysed Wheat Protein
Proteins are great for people who need them and terrible for people who don't. If your hair is porous and/or fine, you will probably like proteins. (unless you are coarse and porous, that is a gray area). If you hair is coarse, you will probably hate them.
